We are thrilled to share that the Rowan County Commissioners approved our three-event concert series to be held in three locations on the Rowan County side of the lake. We hope you can attend one or all of the events. Look out for our HRLA tent (where applicable) or our board members out on the water, as we will have a special giveaway for our members during these unique gatherings.

As property owners on High Rock Lake and members of the HRLA, we believe it is important to bring this style of entertainment to our lake, and we want to share why:

First, summer lake recreation and entertainment go hand in hand, and these events offer a great branding/awareness opportunity for the High Rock Lake Association to engage new homeowners, long-time residents who are not members, or those who simply do not know how our organization affects positive changes on our lake.

Secondly, we are on a campaign to increase our membership, thus having a larger voice representing the lake residents to Cube Hydro Carolina/Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, FERC, NC Wildlife Commission, and more.

As stakeholders of HRL, we need your continued membership and voice to represent all that is important for the betterment of living on and utilizing High Rock Lake. On a related note, have you participated in our recent poll? We encourage you to do so. The information that we are culling from members’ responses is remarkable and will be shared at our annual membership meeting in October.
