2025 Summer Concert Series Sweepstakes

Facebook Sweepstakes Rules

• The High Rock Lake Association is running this competition.
  
  

• You must be at least 21 years of age to enter.
  
  

• To enter, simply add your favorite photos from one or all three of our 2025 summer concerts to our Sweepstakes post.
  
  

• You may post as many photos as you like, but the number of official sweepstakes entries will be limited to three (3) per person.
  
  

• For one additional fourth entry outside of Facebook, you can also register for the sweepstakes drawing directly at the HRLA.com website. (No photo is required when registering directly.)
  
  

• All qualified entries up to a *maximum of four (4) per person will be entered in the competition, and the winners will be randomly selected. (*Three posted Facebook photos and one direct registration per person.) 
  
  

• Your photos themselves will not be judged as part of this sweepstakes. (This is not a typical photo contest.) Up to three of your posted photos will simply be used to signify your official entries in the drawing. (And to, of course, share our summer concert joy!)
  
  

• The Grand Prize winner will receive a Kona Big Wave branded Grizzly 45qt cooler (~$400) and a $100 gift card to fill it with their favorite summer food and beverages.
  
  

• The 2nd and 3rd place winners will each receive a 7’ Kona Big Wave Iconic Umbrella (~$100) and a $50 gift card to get the party started in the shade. (Does not include umbrella base. Kona branding theme may differ slightly from the photo shown.)
  
  

• Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash.
  
  

• All winners will be selected randomly, and the drawing process will be conducted transparently to ensure fairness and impartiality.
  
  

• The opening date of this Sweepstakes is Saturday, July 12th.
  
  

• The closing date for entry to this competition is Monday, August 25th.
  
  

• Winners will be notified and announced on Facebook over the Labor Day weekend holiday.
  
  

• NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
  
  

• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to the High Rock Lake Association and not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for this sweepstake contest only and will not be shared with any other party outside of the HRLA or used for any other purposes in future dealings with them.
  
  

• The HRLA will also not reuse your submitted photos for any purpose beyond this contest without your expressed written consent. 
  
  

• By submitting your photos, however, you understand and agree that the HRLA has no obligation to publish them, and that you must be the rightful owner of all images submitted.
  
  

• A final but important note: All of our Summer Concert events are intended to be 100% “Family Friendly.” This policy also extends to the photos that are uploaded to our Sweepstakes post. Lewd or inappropriate images of any kind will be summarily deleted and will also result in your immediate and automatic disqualification from the sweepstakes drawing, and may also result in being permanently blocked from the HRLA Facebook page.
